Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Miami Beach. I liked that it was impeccably clean and relaxing, the staff were caring and rooms were modern. I booked a room with a nice bed, central heating, an individual safe, and pay TV. Got the view of the sea.

The hotel location was marvellous to the Publix grocery store.

The hotel's staff are nice. It has marvellous and lovely location in Miami Beach just next door to restaurants and shopping. Don't forget to explore Bal Harbour district.

Booked a room with beautiful views of the harbor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & the staff was caring. Its location relatively near a 99-acre urban park was magnificent and absolutely perfect.

Well-equipped room with bottled water and dresser drawers and balcony, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Exceptionally nice, unbeatable location close to everything.

I was given a well decorated and well-appointed room with bathroom and a King sized bed, as example.

The kitchenette in our suite was well-equipped with appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The location is also convenient for exploring the area and getting to the beach. we had a comfortable stay.

Sitting outside and watching the boats go by...Also the design of the inside space is a knockout!

When we arrived for check-in, there was a discrepancy with our reservation. The front desk clerk told us that our reservation was incorrect and did his best to provide a suitable room, similar to the booking. The hotel was formerly a condo building so the rooms are quite spacious and New York modern chic design. Some of the rooms' balconies face a parking lot and/or bridge.

We had a great stay at Beach Haus Bal Harbour. The hotel is lovely and the room was a good size. The location is perfect, in a quiet area but still within walking distance to everything. Plus, there's a 99-acre urban park just a short drive away. We especially appreciated the free parking.

Exceptional service in a small, classy, boutique style hotel. A returning guest who will be back to this well located Bal Harbour property. Midway between South beach and Aventura mall. Ive stayed in many hotels between Sunny Isles and South Beach and this is as good as it gets! Highly recommended for couples and families.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The pool area was a great spot to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The hotel also offered free WiFi, which was a nice bonus. I had a wonderful experience at Beach Haus Bal Harbour and would highly recommend it to others.
